Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Car Pros Kia Tacoma, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: This is a recurring monthly promotion. Entry periods and drawing dates reset monthly; specific dates may vary and will be posted in-store and/or online.
How to Enter: Visit Car Pros Kia Tacoma during the posted entry period and complete an official entry form. No purchase, payment, or test drive is required to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected each month to receive their choice of either a PlayStation 5 or an Xbox Series X (Approximate Retail Value: $500). Prize will be ordered following winner confirmation and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random at the end of each entry period. The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Car Pros Kia Tacoma to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received each month.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time for any reason.
Compliance: This promotion is conducted in accordance with Washington State law, including RCW 9.46.0356 and RCW 19.170. No license is required for this promotional giveaway.
