Mo and Sofiya and Jesse were amazing to work with! I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about because you get out of the experience what you put into it. Everyone was very helpful and insightful and I would 10/10 recommend this place. Obviously sales places are meant to have a little pressure but they don’t do it aggressively like other car dealerships. The vibes were great and you get to ring a bell while people clap for you when you buy a car! Super fun!!!

Yash and Mo made my dream come true on my birthday this weekend. I swung by just to catch numbers and see if it was possible to drive a brand new Kia K5 GT-Line off the lot. They gave me a deal that exceeded my expectation --- the leather seats and 4WD were extra cherries on top!!! Thank you gentlemen for allowing me to shine bright in front of my daughters. Shout out to Casper at Car Pros Kia in Tacoma. Very professional the whole time, answered my questions and ones I didn't even know to ask. He made sure that I was buying the right truck (He did), made everything ultra smooth and went beyond. He followed up to make sure everything was good afterwards too. Big Thanks to Mo at Car Pros Kia in Tacoma. This guy is a solid closer. His customer service stills are through the roof. Very professional and a joy to work with.
