Just a quick note to tell you that I had my car worked on in March 2010 and the people in your service department were awesome.  Tim Dempsey , Assistant Service Manager, was very easy to talk to about my concerns.  He was always polite, helpful, and professional.  I was amazed at all the things that were coming at him to deal with and he just stayed calm and friendly and handled each situation/person.  What an amazing employee you have!  I would bring my car back just because of his interaction with me.  He is seriously awesome!

I can't say enough about the sales lady that helped my daughter and I!  She has only been at the dealership a short time, however, she was so knowledgeable about KIAs that I would have guessed a couple of years!  

She was very excited to work with us, though I never felt pressured at all.  I felt that she genuinely cared about us (which is almost unheard of these days).   She is an awesome "package" of a great salesperson, a positive attitude, and a beautiful personality with heart!  

Also:  she has a wonderful manager, that also worked with us a great deal to get us the car we wanted in a way that we could afford.  He was very patient and adamant that we leave happy.  :)

Wonderful Experience; Professional; Straight Forward!

I just wante to take a few minutes to let you know what a wonderful experience buying our new Soul Exclaim was.  Our salesperson, Aaron, and finace specialist, Dani, were exceptional.  Their professionalism and straight forward approach to us was both refreshing and unexpeced. Aaron listed to what we wanted and shortly thereafter we purchased our Soul from him.  Even after the sale, Car Pros Kia has given us extremly good customer service with minor issues that have come up.  I would give Car Pros Kia, Aaron, and Dani a rating of 100 if possible.  Thank you for this opportunity to pat them on the back.

I came in to get my oil changed, my appointment wasn't until 4pm, but I was running early.  I got there and figured I would just wait until 4pm then wait some more until the oil change was done.  To my suprise, they got me right in, no waiting and had me in and out in no time, I actually was back on the road by 4pm which was the time of my appointment!  Very impressed, great job to the service department at Car Pros Kia.

You've really made an enormous positive difference!  You have helped me more times than I can remember.  When I come to you with a problem... you take immediate action.  You go the extra mile and exhaust your efforts checking on the warranties, dealership or private.  You check all back repairs and/or regular maintenance records making sure that the problem was not repaired before, and then you come up with a fair cost, deductable or no out of pocket cost.

I have purchased many new cars since... I was 19 [when I purchased my first car]... your outstanding professionalism, customer caring and honesty has never been matched by any other dealership that I have done business with over the course of 41 years.  I commend all your service technicians on their kindness, friendliness, professionalism and craftmanship.
