06-23-11 - Kia Outsells all other Brands?

At 2:30 this afternoon 6/23/11 Phil Kelley (Western Regional Director Kia Motors America) will be in Tacoma At Car Pros Kia to award Ken Phillips (owner of Car Pros Kia) and Car Pros with an award for being the number one volume new car dealership in the state of Washington for May 2011.  Car Pros ended the month with 207 Retail units. The next closest dealer was a Toyota with 178.
This is important because it highlights Kia’s continued success in the automotive marketplace, and the trend of people looking to less expensive vehicles with better warranties in today’s unstable economic environment.
Car Pros Kia in Tacoma has been the number one volume dealer in the state for the last 120 consecutive and is within 100 units of their 20,000th Kia retailed since opening in the Summer of 2001. Car Pros was the number one Kia Dealer in the Nation three of the 10 years they have been in business. To beat other Kia dealers is one thing: apples to apples, to outsell every Toyota dealer in the state is a real statement. This marks the first time a Korean manufacturer has done that in Washington.
